Agreement

By using KOPL, you agree to these terms. KOPL is a real-time location sharing application for group events. The service is provided as-is.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use KOPL only for lawful purposes. You will not use KOPL to stalk, harass, or track anyone without their consent. You will not share event codes with people who have not agreed to participate. You will not use the SOS feature for non-emergency purposes.

Events & Data

Events are temporary. All location data, chat messages, and event metadata are deleted when the event ends. KOPL does not provide data recovery for ended events.

SOS & Emergency Features

KOPL's SOS feature assists in emergencies but is not a replacement for emergency services. Always call 911 directly in life-threatening situations.

Limitation of Liability

KOPL is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
